There are a couple things to be concerned about:
Hang the pane in a location where it will be away from direct light (sunlight in particular).
Mount the pane in an acid-free mounting that has to be strong enough to prevent sagging over time.
When I have done this, I have placed the stamps/sheet/etc in a Showgard-type mount. The clear portion of the mount has a UV screen in its make-up.
Never had any problem with the glass or the frames after mounting as I described above.

I have a couple of sensitive items framed (including a duck stamp and artist's print) where the framing shop has used a UV-blocking glass. That was done a number of years ago and (yes, I have been careful where they have been hung to reduce or eliminate light exposure) I have not seen any deleterious effects.

I have a Pane I am thinking about framing and hanging on my wall. Anything I should be concerned with? Is the glass going to harm the stamps?
