the first part was a joke, because obviously the stamp was not saved.
the second part is an invitation to create a collection based on that set of stamps: find examples used domestically, used internationally, used as makeup postage on large packages or paying additional services, like registration, airmail, etc. Get as many cachet makers as possible for that issue.
these are just thoughts brought on by your obvious excitement in finding a stamp associated with your city.
