Pitney Bowes has a very basic rate sheet on their site at http://www.pb.com/postal-information/Postal-Rate-Basics/index.shtml
May be too basic.

Here is the link that will take you to the USPS Notice 123, which is their price list on everything. You can download it, print it, whatever. It is 64 pages long, but like I said, it covers everything that they sell.

Bobby,
Just a tip, really of little importance. But in case you don't know, if you highlight the link before you hit submit and then hit the button that says "link" under where you are typing, it will show up on your post as an actual link. I just wanted to let you know, as your friend, in case you were not aware!
Michael
I need to download it and take it with me to the substation. I got charged the package rate to Canada for a rigid letter less than a quarter inch thick.

Les, the thickness of the envelope doesn't matter if the envelope isn't flexible. There is a test for it. If the envelope can't flex according to USPS specifications, it is treated as a parcel. The link below will take you to the USPS Domestic Mail Manual. Click on Section 2.0, then click on 2.3. The instructions to check for flexibility for flats start there. Note that there are two different tests depending on the length of the envelope. Remember too that the envelope can not be thicker than 3/4" or it is considered a parcel regardless of its flexibility.

Anyone know a site that I can download a chart with the new rates?
USPS chart is very ambiguous.
