Hi
I use Photobucket ,have done for years .I'm of the same opinion as you John if it ain't broke don't fix it .
But by the same token we would still be using Windows 3.1.
The other day I wanted to change my avatar on stampboards, first time I tried it said it was too large and told me the size I could used,so I resized it 3 or 4 times and it kept telling it was still too big.
So I tried something else ,I shut down stampboards ,reopened it and the image went straight in.

photobucket phan too, but haven't used it in a while, so i'm unaware of changes, which are usually scary to me, unless it's Tim or Arno doing them
Hi John
You can load your images onto SOR if you want.

DropBox. I like having an App on both the iPad and my Android phone.

Why not just download them to your own computer, which is available, to you 24/7/365 and is much simpler to use.
Actually pictures posted directly on SOR work better for my viewing from work (when I'm on break or lunch of course). My company does not allow images from certain websites to be displayed. I usually get the red 'X' on images that are posted on photobucket and other sites when here at work. SOR images show up fine.

I used ImageShack for awhile when posting images on another forum but some members were unable to view the photos. Now I just save images on my hard drive and resize them for upload, if necessary, using IrfanView.
Glad Steve mentioned Infranview. It is a great, intuitive poto editor - and best of all IT'S FREE!!
What picture hosting sites do others use? I have used photobucket but photobucket redesigned their website but they made it more complicated. I am the opinion if it is not broke, don't fix it. It is very different from the old site. Why they decided to fix something that was not broke, I cannot understand. What I was doing was to provide image url's on a bulletin board to show images. I know images can be directly uploaded to SOR.
