welcome Jack; you'll find lots of German and Aussie collectors here
John basically summed it up, didn't he?
Welcome and enjoy!
Hello and welcome to the club Jack.
Alyn
Welcome tooler! Would you be 101 or 102? (don't know if you remember that from another post somewhere far away...)
k
Hey tooler. Don't worry, you'll find many friends here from whence you came.
Hi! New Here, but I am pleased to see many familiar faces.
Now how do I get this photo to post as my avatar?
Never mind I got it. Takes a little while navigating a new system.
Just a little effort and we can migrate all the friends from that other place!
rrr.....
Welcome triple-r. The USA is a big place, so where are you from?
John Derry
Welcome rrr!!!
I promise not to reveal your real full name if you promise not to reveal my real full name.
k (only 1 k, not 3!!!)
Welcome to both of you and any other new members that haven't stopped by to say HI!!!!!
Mike
Hi Tooler: Hope all is well down there in paradise. Ted.
Tooler,
Hello and welcome from another new addition.
Ross
Mike! Love how you were able to add the eclamation points! Wow! Nice job!
Hello only one k
Glad to be here. Rounding up a few more lonely souls and "we be rolling".
rrr...
Do you talk with the Aussie accent although being an American, just love that accent? Welcome to Stamporama.......have fun, and Tim (our resident computer guru) is the guy who lives and breathes Australian stamps......welcome! Perry
Last time I heard Tooler post, I couldn't detect an accent. So if he ever had one, he either got it out of his system, or he masks it well.
k
By the way, do I remember correctly that you used a Seven Seas album?
Welcome Tooler and Triple R. I was feeling kind of lonely being the only member with a cat avatar. The dog owners still have us quite out numbered.
Mike
Okay, I saw a saying the other day about how good it felt to stop hammering my head. Well for the life me I can't find how to get to my profile so I can upload a picture for my avatar. I know it is probably very easy to get to, but my eyes are not seeing where to click. And I was through some of the posts, but I don't know how to do a search to find the answer on my own.
Can somebody help me on where to find my profile?
Thanks and now I'm going to put the hammer down, OUCH it landed on my foot!

Hi L,
I've just uploaded a picture which should appear here.
Click on "Members"
Click on "Edit your Membership Information"
Scroll down to "Picture" in the "Misc" section.
Click on "Upload Picture"
And it asks you to pick a picture file from your computer.
Fingers crossed...
All the best, N
Again Nigel beat me to it (but that's only because I accidentally posted it in the wrong thread and had to spend extra time deleting that post! )

Nigelpedia,
You are the best! Thank you so much. And Kim for posting on the wrong thread to come back here.
I'm so glad we are all together.

Yes, I use to be 101. And yes I do use SevenSeas hingeless albums. I dropped the 101 because, well I don't really know why. I love the SevenSeas albums but they are not available anywhere I know of in the U.S. and very expensive to send from Australia. I just ordered a new Davo hingeless Australia album last week, it should be here soon, hope it's as good as it looks. All my other collections are in White Ace, Voyagers and stock books.
I'm going to close my small bidStart store, never sold much anyway. And as far as that so called forum goes, I think I'm done with that. Besides, everyone I knew there is here now
Welcome aboard, tooler. I also closed up shop at the other place. Good to see all these familiar faces.

My name is Jack and I go by the screen name, tooler. My main collection area is pre-decimal Australia. I also collect United States, Papua. Papua New Guinea, Great Britain to 1952, Germany to 1945, and anything I see I like. I started collecting in 1956. Stopped for a few years and started again.
Still trying to get use to this board and see how things work around here. Hope to add some positive messages in the future.
