This Luxembourg was amongst a group that includes (Genuine for sure) Sc#7 and 8 used as well as Sc#21, 25 and 26 all used.

Well I took a look at the usual suspects Sperati and Fournier got side tracked bid on a Fournier forgery on the darkside but found no evidence thats your stamp is a forgery. In my simple mind it looks good.
