A Service Dog gives a person with a disability independence. Never approach, distract or pet a working dog, especially when (s)he is in harness. Never be afraid to ask questions to the handler (parent).

Ok guys - I've looked this over and aside from being in sad shape on the right side - I was looking to see if it was Original or a Reprint. I can't see any identifiers that accompany reprints on this but I wanted to check with you. Too bad there's so much damage on the one side Sad

re: Italy - Romagna Sc# 7 - Original or Reprint?

I used The Serrane Guide.

The easiest identifier is at the top right corner. There are five circles. On the right side there should be a distinct looking "V" type character. On yours, it looks like a dot. Between all the other circles there should be a "Y" character with a small "v" and a long, thin stem that extends down and touches the inner circle.

I re-read the information, and now think your stamp to be a retouched Genoa forgery made to make the forged stamps look closer to the real stamp. Check the size of your stamp. If it is 18 1/2 mm x 21 1/2 mm, then it is the forgery.
