re: Invoicing

Hi all
I don't close an invoice until the buyer has received the goods.Or if they fail to let me know that they have received them after a while I just close the invoice and assume they have received the lots.
I'm sure if they haven't received them they would have been in touch.

re: Invoicing

Hi again
I was just looking at my invoice list for lots that I have won, most of them going back to 2011 are still only showing as being sent.
Very few of the sellers are closing the invoices off ,even after having conformation that the buyer has received the lots ??.
Maybe we could make it so once an lot is marked as received by the recipient the invoice is automatically closed? This would then save the seller from having to go into their invoice list to close them off.
Which only a few seem to do.

Hi Snowy12
Thanks for responding.
I think you make a very good point.
I have had no issues with anything on Stamporama except for invoicing which is confusing the heck out of me.
