Do you have to have to software to view your database? I'm sure the answer is yes, but is there any other way? I'd be willing...does the 30 day trial require a credit card? Because I will, without fail, forget to stop it after the trial.
Hi Lisa,
Someone using Stamp Manage asked for this database yesterday, let me hear from him to confirm that this one works with other stamp inventory programs. I believe that this will work with MS Access also but haven't tried yet.
As for the trial software - it is free download, you can work with it for 30 days and create your own database add records, etc but in the trial period there is some limitation to number of records you can add. It will stop working after 30 days and the user will have to buy a license.
You won't have to pay anything for the trial version and just remove it from your PC afterwards if it doesn't suit your purpose. Personally I find it the best one where user can design his/her own database and on-screen display, there are records included, one has too import records from other databases or Excel files and work on design from there.
Check it out, it's below 10MB download and installation is quick, help file is also good.
I am still learning of it's capabilities as I work along, the backup feature is excellent and a 25MB database is backed up in a 1.6MB zip fie in a jiffy.
I am not promoting this software but only stating what I like about it.

Is anyone here using the inventory software Stamp Organizer v4.0 or 3.0 for their US collection? I am preparing a US database and would like to send a prelim. copy of whatever I have done so far for their critique and suggestions. It will be a zip file of about 20MB or 25MB and as I build it up it will become bigger in size.
I don't know whether this database could be opened in any other program (Access, etc) like it does in STO program.
Here are screenshots of first record:
