Just create an invoice of your own and paste it into a message in the Stamporama message system. You won't have the same "Invoice Sent/payment made/Shipment Received" functions available as the auction, but the two parties can use the message system to accomplish the same ends.
The above mentioned functions are an integral part of the auction software and cannot be used independently of the auction. And the job is much too big to ask our already overtaxed webmaster to add it to the list of "Wanted" features for the amount of use it would get.

Mario,
PayPal has an invoice feature but of course you have to accept payments through PayPal.
Create an Invoice using Excell or Open Office. Scan it in and send as an email. You can post it in SO using the upload image option.
Hi Folks,
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to create an invoice for items sold to another member but are not listed in the auction. From time to time I sell items to other members and it would be helpful to be able to send an invoice to that member. Does anyone else have need for this function and if so can it be accomplshed without to much trouble. thanks Margin- Mario
