Would it be possible to see who purchased the stamp on the page when I look at my book? This would make it much easier to pick the sold stamps. This should only be for the sellers who are signed in on their own books. I don't want to see who purchased someone else's stamps.

Thanks,
Bob

A Service Dog gives a person with a disability independence. Never approach, distract or pet a working dog, especially when (s)he is in harness. Never be afraid to ask questions to the handler (parent).

re: Suggestion for a New Feature in the Approvals

I like Bob's idea. Right now I end up with a spreadsheet and invoices. I then mark into the spreadsheet who bought what and then go through the books to pull and check that everything is accurate. Having the name appear for me would eliminate a big step and there would be less chance of errors.

I too wouldn't want others seeing the names, only the sellers. Since the books stay up there for some time and everything is public, it's no one's business who bought what from whom.

Bob, when I match an invoice with the books, I have, for a particular purchaser, the book number, page number and item number. I don't pull stamps out before issuing the invoice. Isn't it adequate? I just go to my book, page and pull the corresponding stamp prior to shipping. (only thing to be careful is not to mix up, page and item numbers... rrr...

I'm moving the stamps from the Stock Sheet to a glassine. I have a separate glassine for each page. It is very possible that they can get out of order.
