Hi Luree,
I suspect that your post might best be placed into the 'cinderella' section.

"The island operates the only USPS-sanctioned local post operating in the United States"
Yes, I forgot the "Island" part of the stamps! I had to read several pages and do some serious digging before I could get to the catalog part. Fascinating read about the island itself. I just don't know the true value of the stamps.
And yes, I have turned to Wikipedia numerous times for information about stamps. I've learned to search there instead of asking questions to the group. Some of my questions are too basic.
Wow! I always had this romantic picture in my mind of a quaint, delightful little island with a colorful and friendly population who catered to visitors. Nothing could be further from the truth as told by the article in Wikipedia (CLICK HERE)
Phillips catalogues don't give values, but they are very good. I do not have the one requested here but it is on my list of 'to do's' !!
Mr.Phillips does not live far from me and we usually meet at National and International shows here. If you need to know something specific, just holler and I will give him a buzz !

I now have 24 different CD Catalogues of local, non-official stamps.
Anyone looking for further information can contact me wither through this site, or directly to me at phillipo@012.net.il
Mods, I'm not sure if I'm in the right category, so if I'm not please move me.
I have three Rattlesnake Stamps and I found that they are listed in the 2013 Edition of Phillips' Modern US & Canada Local Post CD Catalog.
I was wondering if any of you fine folks just happen to have this CD and can help me with these three stamp.
Thanks in advance
Luree
