how about a picture of the stamp, Mike?
The Belgian "-10%" overprints are difficult, because it was a form of organized anarchy. Many different types exist.
I did mean to put the scan in there, but with my very short memory span I forgot it by the time I finished the message. No matter what they say, getting old sucks, but still beats the alternative.

I came across this stamp in a bunch that I acquired at the local stamp club and the seller had listed it with the wrong number, so when I checked it out I could not find it in Scott, oh what a surprise that was. I did find it in Michel listed as number 747II with a €14 cv, I assume, in mint condition and can't figure why Scott did not list this group. They did list a similar group of King Leopold III, but not this one.
Have I missed it in Scott or is it simply not there? Any help would be appreciated.
Hey wait, maybe I should have made this one of the MSQ's.
