Well, those Finnish homophobes won't be licking the backsides of the homoerotic stamps, 'cuz they (the stamps) are self-adhesives!
The lead story in a google search about the stamps says that Finns, the same homophobes, I assume, have launched a petition demanding that Itella (the Finnish postal service) not issue the stamps:
“We, the undersigned, demand that Itella don’t publish the planned homoerotic stamp set.
“We don’t want Finland to be represented on homeland and international shipping with homoerotic themes.
“The sexual orientation of the men in the images doesn’t leave much room for interpretation.
“Traditionally stamps have shown themes that are aesthetically beautiful and culturally valuable. Strong homoerotic themes in stamps is not either.
“In the future we want Itella to think more carefully how to select themes that all Finns can be proud of.â€
Hmmm… Seems to me that quite a few countries have issued stamps that are neither beautiful nor culturally "valuable," but are propaganda that serves to mask serious societal problems, one of which is homophobia itself.

It will be very interesting to see what would happen to a letter from Finland to somewhere like Saudi Arabia with one of these stamps on it. Just saying!
