I am happy to [b]exchange on the 1:1 basis with used stamps and miniature sheets. I am happy to exchange with anyone who is honest and fair traders.
If you are interested in exchanging let me know and I will email you my form in PDF format for you to fill in for me which just states your name, address, and collecting interests. This is for my records so I can keep stamps aside for you which I come upon them and makes me a better exchange partner for you. There will be nothing to sign and I will have it in my files and less likely to loose it.
At present I have quite a lot of Aust. but unfortunately it consists of high ratio of peel and stick. However, I realize that some people don't mind the self adhesives. On my form you will have a place where you can state whether you want the SA or the gummed or both.

Welcome Jill do you have any newer New Zealand stamps as well? I am looking for someone to exchange Canadian or USA for newer NewZealand....Cheryl

I also have a "dogs" topical collection - but only schnauzers on stamps. There are not very many of those! I dabbled in a general dogs topical collection for a short time but, wow, there is sooo much out there. But it is fun! Do you organize your dog collection by countries or some other way? I defaulted to sorting by countries as I wasn't clever enough to figure out a different way to sort them where I could find them easily. I'd love to see how you arranged them. Do you collect mint, used and/or covers?

I encountered that problem with a short-lived "ships on stamps" collection. I actually didn't quit collecting them because there were too many, but I discovered that I just didn't like them all that much, and moved on. Now I collect astronomy-related stamps (and covers when I can find them). Overabundance of astronomy-themed collectibles would be a problem, but I have learned that there's no point in spending money on stamps that I don't like. And if I like a stamp, chances are better that I'll actually do something with it — show it at a club meeting, include it in an exhibit, or create a web page about it (or add it to an existing web page). In the good old days (which really were better in many respects than the days our world is now enduring), "completeness" was a common goal of stamp collectors. Back then it was actually possible to create complete collections, assuming that varieties and rarities weren't included. Today, with postal administrations everywhere issuing hundreds of new stamps annually, not to mention scores of other "collectibles" associated with them, it's a fool's errand to attempt "completeness" of any given collection.

Hello fellow stamp collectors. I collect by country as well thematics. Thematics are my favourite and at present in stamps and miniature sheets I am after Dogs, Chinese New Year, Joint Issues and Queen Elizabeth. For countries; Australia, Christmas Island, Cocos Keeling Islands, AAT and Great Britain.
