I am so ridicoulosly lousy at detecting the various types of these classic American stamps Thumbs Down Sad. My 25 years old Michel catalogue has bad illustrations Cryingand even worse language Hypnotized(to those of us who don´t understand German).
Can anyone help me seperate those 2 spacefillers and the 1 cent that´s actually neat?Image Not FoundImage Not Found

re: Which are these?

from left,

1c is 219
2c is 219D or 220 depending on shade of red (lake, carmine, respectively)
1c is design A87, which will be 246 unwatermarked ultra; 247 uwm blue; 264 wmk blue.

i'm not good with colors, so i'll let someone else tell us colors, which might define the stamp

re: Which are these?

The 2c looks like dark carmine lake, but it could be deep carmine, as computer monitors lie.

The 1c first bureau (far right) looks blue to me.

re: Which are these?

Thanks a bunch both of you Happy
All 3 seems to be slightly darker in the real world than on my screen. That may be due to my settings.
The 1st bureau/3rd stamp is on watermarked paper, so that will be number 264 Big Grin
I haven´t got acces to Scott catalogues so the numbering doesn´t tell me much Thinking but I guess this means that issue dates are 1890, 1890 and 1895? Big Grin
