Looks like an Indian Feudatory State stamp from Jammu and Kashmir, but not clear enough to say which one, possibly a SG102?

still thinking a 1/2 anna red SG102 1878-79, I don't think it is an imperf because the edges are so ragged and now and again you can see signs of a perf? could be a SG124 or if imperf then SG118 or SG126 depending on the paper.
It is a shame the stamp is not as clear as that lovely cancel

Sialkot is now the capital of Sialkot district of the Punjab in Pakistan.
