Value is CAN $30 with a 50% never-hinged premium. 5,000 were issued.

Was an auction lot from Rugby Philatelic Auctions. I think it's been in the box about 20 years. They had a starting price of L7 and a value listed as L9. Not sure but I think the guy got it for $11.00 U.S. BTW: it is MNH. My Unitrade burnt up when home burnt. Was a brand new one at the time. Wife got it for me for Xmas. One of our members offered me a
2011 Free but it cost like $28.00 to ship it from Canada. Sure miss it.
