#1 - Albania - From Scott #379-383 set. Counterfeits exist.

The top stamp is an Albanian poster stamp for the 1946 International Womans Congress.
The middle stamp is a Norwegian local stamp for the city of Aalseund.
Working on the Jordan stamp.

That's a very nice stamp indeed rrr!
It's a Turkish Hejaz Railway revenue from 1912.
I've not seen it before except as a black and white illustration in the catalogue.

Naaahhh photograph lighting. But if you look closely, color is one thing I noticed: The o/p has two different color, purple and black...but that is not it! Plus, can you identify the stamp?

As of now, I am unable to see what is strange about it. Anyway, the stamp type is 1917 Turkey semi-postal (Scott B46). However, as of now, I have no information on the overprint (the top overprint is a bit hard to read, but trying!)

while the base stamp is indeed a Turkey semi postal B46, it is however incorrect...Turkey stamps were used everywhere in the Ottoman empire territories. This one has a unique story that goes with it as well.
As for the "mystery" strange thing I noted, it is quite something!

Still puzzled?
Well, here is an additional photo of two stamps, the one on the Right is the one that has the "strange thing", while the other one is the normal stamp. Need I say more?
Still, with all the expertise we have here, does anyone have an idea for the country, let alone the catalog number or year?

The new puzzle stamp is Syria (Arab Kingdom) SG K73 but with an inverted 4m surcharge.

For those using Scott, it is Syrian Arabian Government(SAG) Scott #16.
Following the defeat of the Ottoman Empire, and after the British Military Occupation, France and England partitioned the area and France controlled the Syria/Lebanon/Alaouites/Alexandretta/Latakia/Hatai/Rouad region. The Syrian territories were initially set as an Arab Kingdom from 1918 to 1920. King Faisal (Also the king of Irak) was deposed in Syria in July 1920. French military Occupation followed, until the territories were mandated to France in 1922.
The Syrian Arabian Government used Turkish stamps with the special overprint from 1918 to 1920....and many stamps were also surcharged with new values. Since most were hand-stamped, errors are fairly common. However the stamps of the SAG are really difficult to find, and generally fetch a fairly good price.

it looks like Egypt #1, but the Arabic overprint is different from the one I see in the catalogue (especially the part at the bottom)

Agree with Jansimon. The bottom (lower horizontal) overprint appears to be different from the example presented in the Scott catalogue.

Searched a bit further and found that this 5 Paras stamp has the 20 Paras overprint.

This was not an easy one!
Here are Egypt #1 to #3. You can see that my challenge stamp is the 5 para (#1) but the overprint (check the bottom part) is normally found on the #3, the 20 para stamp.
A major error? Unfortunately I don't think so. A crude counterfeit stamp trying to masquerade as a rare error.
