Moderator: Would this discussion be best if it was the the United States catagory? I was hoping to have some discussion about these stamps.My most recent Scott Specilized catalogue is 1982, does not list a plate variety for either bank note, these can't be discovery copies, or I have incredible luck ( Some of my U.S official collection indicates the luck . I'm reading through the online issues of The U.S. Philatelic Classics Society quarterly The Chronicles, and should find something similar.
