I was thinking something along the same lines Roy. I know in my work on the Historic Articles, I have come across a term that basically means the same thing but I'll be blasted if I can remember what it was.

Timbromanie is French for the well-known psychiatric condition, Stamp Collecting Disorder.

A Service Dog gives a person with a disability independence. Never approach, distract or pet a working dog, especially when (s)he is in harness. Never be afraid to ask questions to the handler (parent).

What is the English equivalent of the word Timbromanie? It represents the "new mania" of stamp collecting in the 1860s.
