"My name is Faults. Minor Faults. But you can call me Faults. Or Minor. Just don't call me by my initials. I hate initials."
i have often heard that we have many faults, but, looking in the database, it seems that we have just this one. Maybe one is too many, but I think it's just right, and certainly better than a pandora's box full of faults.
I was also thinking of introducing you to this wonderful German collector lady, who we call Frau Lein. Should it work out, and you marry, and, yes, I know I'm making enormous leaps, she should could become Mrs Minor Fault-Lein. Of course, your first child, the very martial Prussian soldier, having gone to West Point or Sandhurst or, whereever, and rising through the ranks to become Major Fault-Lein.
One hopes he's not stationed in San Andreas or that he goes into the geological field of Plate Tectonics where he's likely to rock the field, the glens, and the dales.
Usually we see stamps with faults, now we have fault with stamps
well, anyway, welcome; and i'm sorry if i've taken over, it's not like it's my fault

Thanks for the warm welcome. This should be an interesting experience.

Welcome welcome This is one crazy! group...but oh so helpful...
To introduce myself, I'm an old accumulator who, now that I'm retired, hopes I'll finally have the time to get all this ... stuff ... truly organized. My father introduced me to stamp collecting when I was ten, and I've continued, on and off, (mostly off) ever since. Sometimes a lack of space to work kept me away, but usually it was a lack of time because of work, family commitments, or just life in general. I'm sure many/most of you have similar stories to tell.
But now I have all the time I want, and a nice corner work area, and I've started burrowing through the tens of thousands of stamps I've gathered through all those years.
I live in a remote area, and don't know anybody else who collects, so I've spent some time looking for a friendly, online community in which to hang out, share knowledge, and see what develops.
My name is Faults. Minor Faults. But you can call me Faults. Or Minor. Just don't call me by my initials. I hate initials.
