Was there a recent lapse in the Paypal interface with reporting payments to StampoRama?

I received two payments in the past couple of days through Paypal that did not trigger a "Paypal" notice as paid on my invoice page. I shipped the stamps and marked them "Shipped" but they look kind of strange being a single line entry with no note of payment made.

A payment made this evening did trigger the notation on the invoice page so I assume if there was a problem it has been resolved.

If I were not monitoring my Paypal account and email pretty regularly I would not have noticed these purchases had been paid.

re: Paypal interface

Hi webpaper
If the seller does not mark the payment as sent on their email invoice all you will get is the paypal notification.
It's a common problem ,as with marking the item as received ,lots of buyers don't do this either.

re: Paypal interface

The buyer has to manually enter under the heading 'Buyers-My Invoices' that the invoice was paid and how.

Thank you both very much. Like everything else around here it makes sense and is easy to understand. This site is elegant in it's simplicity. Transitions to new features or modifications to existing features appear seamless. Truly a hidden gem among stamp sites.
