I've been looking at some email problems this evening and noticed that some email accounts with outlook.com are still linked to hotmail email servers, which is causing the emails to not be delivered.
So, well might you say, what does that mean? For a while now, Microsoft has been trying to move email customers off their hotmail email account and onto Outlook.com email accounts. Their way of doing this has been to start shutting down the email servers that are servicing the Hotmail accounts. In an example that I saw this evening there was an Outlook.com email account that is still linked to Hotmail email servers that were not working, hence the email couldn't be delivered and the email bounced back to the SOR server.
I bring this up to you just to let you know that if you are missing emails in your Outlook.com account, this could be the reason. If this persists I would recommend you change email providers for your Stamporama emails.

I wonder if this has something to do with Microsoft and or windows 8. They are now giving away Microsoft Office now. Yesterday through MSN I received Free "Microsoft Word, Excell. Power Point and Note Pad" I don't remember if it had ""Outlook or not? I should have created a short cut to my desktop for it. But I didn't. I will though as soon as I can find it again.
