Inactive page...hum...is there anything on it? When this occurred to me, I had saved a blank page by mistake. It could be that you pressed the save/next page button and it just saved an empty page. You can always delete and add a page and insert it back in the missing sequence, or at the end.

It was not blank. I'll just delete it and add it back.

Somehow I managed to activate a book and one page is inactive. Is there a way to activate a single page or must I delete that page and then add it back?
