The American Philatelic Society announced in the December 2014 issue of The American Philatelist that its online stamp store is now open for all stamp collectors, not just APS members, to peruse and make purchases. Non-APS members pay a 10% buyer fee and shipping.

This can be a good venue for collectors to get some nice stamps. Also, for APS members this broadens the potential buyer base for stamps they may have to sell.

I do not believe it violates any guidelines, but if it does I am sure someone will inform me in no uncertain terms!Big Grin

I agree that this is a real boon for all of us. As an APS member, it is nice to have an expanded venue to sell higher priced items (despite my loyalty to SOR, it is very clear that our auctions and "Classified Sales" areas really do not work for quality, high end items for which you want to get more than 20% of cv).
