Here's a link to the USPS Office of the Inspector General that's soliciting comments. Give 'em your two cents!

The current question asks if modern, living celebs should be on stamps. My comment was "no", but I suggested a series of stamps honoring police, firemen, nurses, teachers, sanitation workers, vets, plumbers, etc - folks who keep our country safe, clean and functioning. Those are real heroes in my book. Who do you think should be on stamps?

The only living people that should be honored are the surviving Apollo Astronauts. I don't see a reason to wait until the last one dies to issue a series honoring them all.
