I completed the survey. It is OK. I just wonder if they will actually abide by the results. One of the things they asked for comments on was making Scott's a subscription service with continuous updates, something I have been advocating for years.
Bobby,
Thanks for your response. It just looked fishy to me. Phone numbers did not match Amos web site, the links were a full page width and they also wanted me to update my account with a different link.
I sent an email to Amos and asked if they had sent the survey. Have not received a response.
Mel
I didn't have to enter any personal information. Maybe that particular message is spam. Wait for a response from Amos.
Hi Everyone;
When not sure of a e-mail, move the mouse over the links they have and WITHOUT clicking look down
at the status bar at the bottom of most browsers, and see what the URL says; http://blablabla.com you
can usually figure out suspicious ones without having to click. Don't click if you are not sure.
Just lurkin'....

Sure as heck looked fine to me.
I took the survey and gave them the business.
I took that survey in February. I found an omission in one question. They needed, but forgot to include, a "none of the above" option. I don't remember what the question was, but contacted them to let them know and got a reply the next day saying they had modified the questionnaire to fix the problem.

Before I download a bunch of bugs, did anyone else on SOR receive an email asking you to take a survey regarding the Scott Catalogue? Looks real, has all the right names etc. but I do not click on any link that may be bogus.
Thanks, Mel
