Hi Mitch. Glad you found your way here. SOR members run the entire spectrum of stamp collecting, just starting out to specialists, so there is always something of interest for all.
A question, if I may. Have you ever thought about putting a link to your want lists on the same web page that comes up when a person clicks on link in your signature link here? I see that you have it in your SOR profile. This might help you get some more holes filled in your collection.
Feel free to comment whenever you wish. And again, A BIG WELCOME to you from NC!!!!

Welcome, Mitchell. Dive in, the water is fine!

I remember your A.K.A. from other chatboards..i know you have a wealth of information on worldwide collecting. One of my collecting interests is Guatemala ! phil
Phil, I'm most happy to share any information I might have.
I'm quite fond of Guatemala myself. I've added quite a few stamps to that collection in the last month. I recently bought a couple collections that were fairly complete up til 1968. Perhaps we could work out a trade if I have anything of use to you.
Mitch i feel the same way..i have so many duplicates and so few people seem to appreciate the stamps of Guatemala. My favorites are the 1902 Waterlow set. I have belonged to the is I.S.G.C. #859 (International Society of Guatemala Collectors) since the met the guys at Orlando in 1998.. the members hold some amazing Guatemala postal history !
Beautiful website you have. Ray
Ray, Thanks neighbor, it is always good to hear and helps keep me going.
Other than just viewing stamps it can be helpful in other ways. The best is probably using it as you are sorting stamps and putting them in order. I wish there had been a site like this 30 years ago when I was trying to figure everything out again, would have made things much easier for me. Having more worldwide stamps shown than anywhere else on the web (that I know of) shown on only a page or two of thumbnails of the pages of stamps from the country in just a couple clicks. This makes it super fast to move around the country and find what you are looking for quickly.
I'd hope that everyone would try this at least once to see how helpful it could be to you.
Hello, My name is Mitchell, AKA Antoniua-Ra. I live in Eastern Kansas and collect the world. My father, who still collects modern U.S. and Machins, got me started collecting in 1958. I took the typical hiatus from collecting after high school and restarted collecting in 1988. I have scanned most countries in my collection and they are available for viewing on the web via the link below. For the most part my favorite areas are the classic stamps of North and South America and Europe. For the last few years my main concentration has been on Greece and Central and South America. However, I search the world weekly at my favorite auction house looking for the deal of the day. I was a regular member on the Ebay chat for 12 years until it went down the tubes with the rest of Ebay. I've been looking for a new chat board ever since and this one looks very good.
