I wondered where the Steam Room went:
Good one Phil. This was always one of my favourite 1960s US commemoratives. Love the colours.
I won this one at the 'bay a few weeks ago. Bid low and prosper!
Roy, i have this cover from when they closed the Clermont post office the year i graduated High School..i guess they had to revive her for One Day for the 1965 cancel !
Here's my contribution
Another nice steam stamp.
Cheers, Stephen
Not sure that this is steam, but it well may be.
On a cold morning, that buffalo would be snorting steam, too. Great stamp.
Here a Stanley Steamer from the US Transportation Series, US Scott #2132:

David, the locomotives look like diesels to me. But, in the background of the $1.50 stamp is a steam ship. Also, the 40c stamp shows a couple of diesels pulling a passenger train. Passenger train diesels have boilers in them to provide steam heat in the passenger cars. You got it covered!
This surely is a beauty.
Probably the steamiest place on earth: Iceland
I'm relatively new to this forum so let's have some light-hearted fun and post stamps that have steam on them. They may show steam trains, boiling kettles, geysers or some other examples of the change of state of water to a more energised state. I'll start with a home grown stamp from Australia.
Cheers, Oldmanemu
