I have been in a stamp club since 1973 and often some things get passed down from older members to active members. I found this letter in file box someone gave me. Some may find it of interest. Image Not Found

Interesting...I have prisoner of war cards that were delivered by the Red Cross...Added interest to my Red Cross stamp collection
