Why stop at Argentine Antarctic bases? Aren't there five or six countries with Antarctic claims, that issue stamps. Quite interesting actually. I am working on a page of Australian Antarctic Territory -- well, I have one stamp so far, a 1959 stamp celebrating "first attainment of magnetic pole" in 1908. (And I see a few penguins on that album page.)

For years i have had a penquin topical collection...picking up stamps and covers as they come along and then all of a sudden i am searching for covers from Argentine Antarctic bases when i attend shows !
