Found StamoRama via a link that a friend sent me. Had a good look around the site and liked what I saw - it seems to me to be a very friendly club.
Have been collecting since I was a child - at that time I think there were still some dinosaurs running around our planet
. When I started collecting I lived in East Africa, so all my collecting was from there. I moved to Australia and started an Australian collection, I then moved to Papua New Guinea and started another collection.As I was away from E.Africa and Australia I disposed of those collection and put it all into Papua New Guinea. Which is what I collect today ie. anything to do with the postal history of the Island of PNG I collect.
I'm looking forward to being in contact with some of you, warmest regards,

Hello down under, and welcome to our club! No matter what nation you are from or where you live now, or what you choose to collect or how, you are most welcome here and will find collectors with similar interests.
They may not all be on our discussion forum, so you may want to check out our member search feature, as you have a rather narrower collecting interest than some members here. You can search by nation, to find members in your corner of the globe.
Also look at members personal profile, as most members like to list what they prefer to collect and other interests like postal history.

One of the wishes on my bucket list is to spend a month or two roaming Australia. Maybe I will get there!
Sid, it sounds like you have led an interesting life. My father was in the US Army and I lived in Turkey and Europe growing up.
