This is the second one in two days..looks like my Grandfather in his 1915 uniform. Italian Colonies 1917 . Probably some form of tax stamp. Image Not Found

I believe it is from Libya. The same stamp with an earlier year is listed in the Forbin catalogue of tax stamps. It would be worth checking a Barefoot catalogue as well.
