2016 Catalog - Sassone #9 Segnatasse Per Vaglia - 30 Euros (Mint Hinged) It looks like Mint. If it is truly used it is 150 Euro. 1926 Issue. 1924 Issue is worth more and it has an extra overprint, which you don't have. Still a nice stamp.
