with the overprints and postmark i can not make out this stamp..i tried Mexico,Spain,Boliva and Peru ! Image Not Found

It's a Peru revenue

I think it was originally a Peru revenue, and then a few years later it was overprinted for local use in the city of Callao, Peru.
