Thanks Phil and as always correct. I have a new device and I'm trying to work the bugs out. The reason I'm asking is it's imperf and no perforation where the tag is suppose to detach.
It detaches if you want it delivered on Sunday. Guess they definitely did not.
Wait it could be the other way around. Lol. Not sure.
Guessing perhaps it's a die proof possibly on india paper that was later postally used like a similar one I showed in the other post. Only problem with that is that I've seen some die proofs similar but a part of it was omiited. So I'm just not sure.
This looks like old Belgium cut-square stationery to me. I just searched eBay/stamps and found this...

You know initially I thought of that. Because I have another I found awhile back from Australia I believe. A newspaper wrapper. But I didn't know if Belgium had something similar or cut outs that early. Thankk you.
And now I'm thinking the one I posted from the Netherlands is the same or similar. But a color variation I suppose.
Not australia victoria. Yes I know Victoria is a state of or in Australia. Just didn't want to offend anyone. Again !!!! Lol .
Stationery is the right answer (I think, given the blurry photo)

Well you appeared to be able to make it out. That's amazing. I suppose some folks are worst off than I am. Just got glasses about 6 months ago.
This is for the gentleman that I came off kinda harsh on. If your ever in town I'll buy you a beer. On me.
And honesty I've tried the scanner but the cropping and editing part I'm not sure about. So I bought a macro lens. It's not perfect but it suffices. And actually the problem with that is you can't move a muscle. It's hard.
???????
Thanks.
