Interesting I would buy stamps with Mr. Spock on them.

Star Trek has been commemorated on many stamps and sheetlets mostly from the wall-papering usual suspects in the Caribbean and Africa.

I am a programmer, but there are days that even that is illogical. Stamp collecting is very logical, maybe that's why I've become addicted so quickly. I like the thinking and research involved in learning about the various stamps.

Stan, I hate to argue, but as a programmer and an engineer, I would say that programming is logical (or else it's flawed), but stamp collecting is FASCINATING (to use another Spock colloquialism). Stamp collecting logical? Maybe. Scott numbering system? Not so much!

re: Stamp Collecting is Logical

It might have been my week with JavaScript that made programming seem illogical. But, I have now become thoroughly addicted to philately because it is very "fascinating". This group is very helpful with answering most of the questions I've had. I've spent the last three days reading over a lot of the past posts. Thanks to everyone.
